Invest in life not condition

Have you ever wondered how much time we invest in negativity, destructive thought patterns, exhausting often harmful  behaviour. Or perhaps  we sit around waiting  for recovery day.  Waiting  for the day every thing will fall into place  but never do anything to make it happen. Start to invest and commit to  your recovery. Pay attention to how much time do you invest in self care. Question the amount of time you spend meditating, how much  time are you spending in nature. Are you doing practices such as gratitude,  setting intentions or writing about your motivators daily. Are you reading books and trying to develop  your mind. Have you thought of developing a new skill or taking up a new hobby. How creative have you been lately. Stop expecting instant results. If you are struggling try harder. The more you commit to living life and caring for yourself, the better life will be for you.
